Spotlights, Sockets & Outdoor Power

We recently completed an electrical job for a client who wanted to enhance their lounge lighting and upgrade their power outlets. The project involved installing spotlights in the lounge, adding extra sockets, and fitting new wall lights to improve both functionality and ambience.
One of the additional requests was an outdoor socket on the outer wall of the conservatory. However, during testing, we quickly realised that the existing wiring wasn’t up to standard. Rather than taking any risks, we decided the best approach was to remove and replace the wiring entirely, ensuring safety and reliability for the long term.
It’s always important to assess the condition of existing electrical installations before adding new connections. In this case, upgrading the wiring meant the client could enjoy their new outdoor socket without any concerns about performance or safety.
More pictures to follow once the project is fully completed – stay tuned!
